Parent & Toddler Art Workshops
Time: 11.30am - 12.30pm
€4.00 per family (Cuidiu members)
€5.00 per family (non-Cuidiu members)
Ages: 2-5 years with parental participation.
It is recommended to wear old clothes.
Little monsters get very messy as they experiment with a variety of sensory delights such as play-dough, soap bubbles, ice blocks and other fun goo. From finger paint to collage we explore all sorts of hands on techniques perfect for developing motor skills and encouraging creativity. In each workshop, parents/carers can enjoy their own creative side while they team up as their little one’s apprentice!
Friday 27th February - Move through a paper maze and create a colourful butterfly..!
Friday 13th & 27th March: Make and paint a clay caterpillar on its very own leaf..!
Sensory activities and exploration naturally encourage children to use scientific processes while they play, create, investigate and explore. Spending time stimulating their senses helps children develop cognitively, linguistically, socially and emotionally, physically and creatively.
