Red Moon Theatre
Red Moon Theatre is resident Theatre-in-Education Company at Wexford Arts Centre. The Company visits Schools and Local Venues with Comedy-Dramas, Film-Making Projects, Classes and Workshops in Art and Drama, Puppet Theatre and Bullying Awareness programmes for all ages from Junior Infants to Sixth Class and from 1st to 6th Year Secondary.
The Company also provides services to Conferences and other Events taking place in County Wexford, including original Comedy, Theatre and Video Film Features. Fees for Classes and Workshops are 75 euro per term.

Children’s Drama
Children’s Drama Workshop (4 - 8 yrs) Mondays at 4pm
Children’s Drama Workshop (4 - 8 yrs) meets Mondays at 4pm.
Based on fun, games, puppets, drama exercises and narrative drama improvisations, the aim is to encourage children to enjoy using their imaginations along with other children to develop a trust in creative process and personal independence which in turn boosts self-confidence and develops interpersonal skills.
Red Moon Theatre is not a Stage School, but many former members now pursue professional careers in Theatre, Film, the Arts and the Media. Membership is open to all at any time.

Mondays at 5 o’clock.
The work is focused on learning how to work independently within a group in imaginative and creative situations through drama games, role play and improvisation. The programme encourages originality and creativity which are essential components in the development of self-confidence and self-belief. The work leads to an end-of-year production.

Youth Theatre Ensemble
Wexford Youth Theatre Ensemble (12 - 17 yrs) is a group of young and enthusiastic actors who meet every Monday evening at 6 o’clock in the Arts Centre. As well as receiving training in acting for stage and screen and theatre arts and crafts, the ensemble approach to productions, through improvisation, theatre games and role play allows them to develop stage intelligence, communication, social and leadership skills, self-confidence, initiative and societal awareness.
