Pierce Turner returns to the Wexford Arts Centre for his annual Christmas gig accompanied by his band The Terrible Good featuring Cillian Byrne – Guitar and vocals, Lorcan Byrne – Drums and vocals, Bill Bergin – Bass and Aongus Mac Amhlaigh – Cello and Vocals. Pierce is a dynamic live performer and consummate musician, who was voted Ireland’s solo artist of the Year in 1994. He has worked on numerous occasions with Philip Glass, including his debut album, for which Mr Glass wrote string arrangements and produced.
