THOMAS MOORE AT BANNOW HOUSE A Celebration, in words and music, on the 188th anniversary of the triumphal visit of Thomas Moore, the “Bard of Erin”, to Bannow House, Co Wexford. It is based around his own amusing diary of his stay with performances of a dozen of his world renowned “Irish Melodies”. The event will take place in the open air. The stage will be the grand front portico overlooking the Saltee Islands.
